Our History
Bob MacMeekin, Tom Grzech, and Phil Kelly have been engaged in the full-time private practice of law in Maryland since 1976. Alex Fine joined Fine, Grzech Kelly & MacMeekin Law in 2017, and Mitchel Fine joined the firm in 2019. Our attorneys have appeared in District and Circuit Courts in every jurisdiction in Maryland in a wide variety of both civil and criminal cases. Additionally, we regularly appear on behalf of our clients before the Workers' Compensation Commission and the Office of Administrative Hearings.
Our attorneys are members of the Maryland State Bar Association, Baltimore County Bar Association, Maryland Association for Justice, and Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association.
We serve clients in Baltimore and surrounding counties and on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
